As President & CEO of Industrial Solutions Company, Barbara Oldums has made Customer Service a priority, not just a cliché. Industrial Solutions Company is an Award-winning Wholesale Distributor of Janitorial and Safety Supplies. It is also a Converter Manufacturer of a Disposable Wiper called “TUF Towel.” Currently, she is the only African American, Women- Owned Converter Manufacturer of Disposable Towels in the Country.

For the past 12 years, Leonard Oldums has been helping to improve the company’s growth as Vice President & CFO. His unique ability to establish relationships with a variety of people has helped the company overcome setbacks, reduce debt, and continue turning a profit.
